Email Backup System
A few years ago I had a big scare. I opened Outlook Express and it had a fatal error. I spent the better part of two days getting my email restored. This is when I realized how much important information I keep in my email.
In order to protect myself in the future, one of the things I did is to create a Gmail account and forward a copy of each email message into this “catch all” email backup. This protects me against computer failure, fire, etc. As an added bonus, if I accidentally delete or lose an email, I can log into this account and search for it.
If you have your email hosted with me, I can set this up for you, too. For me, I estimate it will backup about 3+ years of email (currently 7gb). For you this could be 10 + years depending on how many and how large emails you get.
I’ll create an archive Gmail account for you and setup up to 10 email addresses to forward into it.
If you are one of the first 10 people, you will get a special price.
Sign up today for $27.
Note: If you have multiple emails forwarding into one Gmail account, we can set it up so the different accounts are tagged in a way that makes it easy to sort the box by email account.
Note 2: Some people have privacy concerns about having email in cyberspace forever. If you are concerned about this, or receive a lot of sensitive email, this program may not be for you.
Note 3: The Gmail account is free, so there is no additional monthly/annual cost involved.
Note 4: If you want to use more Gmail accounts or need to have more email accounts forward to it, just give me a call and I’ll give you a quote.
